RETURN & REFUND POLICY

All transactions conducted at Bei Fiori are final sale.

Products provided consist of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light.

Receiving a defective or damaged product DIRECTLY from Bei Fiori or our official delivery drivers shall be the only exception to this clause. This exception does not include items damaged in shipping using third party delivery services or mail couriers such as Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL etc.. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers along with a photo of the product submitted to beifiorievents@gmail.com.

Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own, proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Bei Fiori.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: Same day delivery and specific delivery times are NOT guaranteed due to current flower shortages and high volume orders. Bei Fiori reserves the right to change delivery time AT WILL based on any circumstance.

Bei Fiori offers free store pickup and local delivery to Los Angeles/ Greater areas.

Shipping and handling fee's depend on the location of the delivery, ranging from $0 to $35. Please refer to the shipping selection when checking out to review your appropriate fee.

By making a purchase on BeiFioriEvents.com or Directly with Bei Fiori and it's third party applications, Customer understands that substitution may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances. Customer authorizes substitutions within a specific color palette. Necessary substitutions will be at the designer’s discretion; (ii) Bei Fiori LLC. uses the terms Bei Fiori and Bei Fiori Events & Design interchangeably.

 

Furthermore, by making a purchase at BeiFioriEvents.com you agree that: (i) all factual assertions you have made in the purchase and/or registration process will be true and correct; and (ii) you will not register an account on behalf of any third party or use a third party’s account on their behalf. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on your personal accounts, and you must keep your account password(s) confidential.
