How long will my flowers last and how can I give them a longer life? 

​

Bei Fiori creates fresh flower arrangements that consist of perishable materials with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light.
 

We cannot guarantee how long fresh flowers will last past delivery as they no longer live in the soil. However, with proper care, you can make a significant difference in their lifespan.

Please follow these instructions to give your flowers a longer life: 

 

  • Place your arrangement indoors, away from any direct sunlight, heating or cooling vents. 

  • Please don’t place them directly under ceiling fans, on top of televisions or radiators. 

  • Keep the arrangement in a cool spot (65 to 72 degrees Fahrenheit).

  • For flower foam arrangements in a vase, add a small cup of water every other day into the middle of the arrangement. If needed, remove and re-cut the stems of the wilting flower with a sharp knife or scissor and place back in foam.

  • For flower arrangements in a regular vase, remove flowers and change water daily.

  • Remove dying flowers and foliage as they become too wilted. Some flowers last longer than others. To keep your entire arrangement looking fresh, simply pluck fading flowers off the stem.

Will the arrangements look exactly the same as in the photo?

 

Arrangements created will look very similar to the ones featured on our website or instagram. However, please be advised that substitutions may need to be made based on season, availability of flowers or other unforeseen or uncontrollable circumstances.

Our designer pays close attention to overall shape, size, style, and color combinations in all pictured arrangements and will ensure that even if a specific flower is unavailable due to season or orderability, the arrangement will have the same look and feel as the requested flower.

Is it possible to request a delivery time? 

​

We will try our best to accommodate a delivery time as per your request. However, many factors, including the traffic, high volume requests and distances from our workshop, we DO NOT GUARANTEE your order will be delivered at the specific time requested.

 

Holidays such as Mother's Day & Valentine's Day are some of our busiest during the year and deliveries during peak business traffic may encounter some delays. Please allow flexibility or give advanced notice to organize a specific delivery during these times.

Can I request a Refund? 

​

All transactions conducted at Bei Fiori are final sale. Products provided consist of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light.

​

Receiving a defective or damaged product DIRECTLY from Bei Fiori or our official delivery drivers shall be the only exception to this rule. This exception does not include items damaged in shipping using third party delivery services or mail couriers such as Fed-Ex, UPS, DHL etc.. All such claims must be made within 12 hours of receiving the flowers along with a photo of the product submitted to beifiorievents@gmail.com.

Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own, proper care is required. It is the responsibility of the recipient to follow care instructions provided by Bei Fiori.
